About Me

For thousands of years massage has been recognised for its therapeutic and relaxing value. James works with a listening touch to detect changes within the body that may be causing trauma and pain and following the body's own tolerances and patterns. He combines a number of techniques such as Swedish massage, Myofascial work and Trigger Point Therapy together with stretching techniques to reduce the body of pain. James has also trained in Holistic medical massage with Jing advanced massage. Each treatment is tailored individually for the client's needs.

James is ITEC qualified and a member of the The Complementary Therapists Association (CThA)

He works within the Sarah Hurst Beauty Studio at 160 Carden Hill, Brighton, BN1 8GN.
